Renting one of our articles is at your own risk.
KayakTjongerTours is not liable for injuries, damages or other discomforts arising from the use of the rented material.
The renter is liable for damages, loss or theft of the rented material.
Spare nature; do not disturb reed banks and birds.
Take thrash back home.
Do not hinder any fishermen.
Give right of way to motorboats and sail boats.
All reservations are made online at www.kayaktjongertours.nl, exceptions to this are special arrangements.
We will request you to present a valid proof of identification when picking up the boat.
The boat must be picked up at the booked time (unless otherwise agreed upon).
Should the boat not be picked up before the agreed upon time, KayakTjongerTours has the right to rent it to another person.
The renter is obligated to treat the boat and inventory with care, even when the boat is moored. In case of loss of inventory, the renter is obligated to compensate the loss.

Payments are made online at www.KayakTjongerTours.nl.
Cancellation:
When reserving a kayak, there is a chance of bad weather on the rental day or days. For KayakTjongerTours, bad weather is no reason for a reduction or restitution of the rental sum or for a delay or cancellation of your reservation. You may cancel the boat, but will still be due the rental sum in full.
Other circumstances may arise that lead to a cancellation of the reserved boat (illness, accidents or even a death in your immediate surrounding). That is why we highly recommend taking out cancellation insurance. We advise you to contact your insurance agency regarding this.
KayakTjongerTours applies the following regulation in case of cancellation:
• In case of cancellation between 1 month and 2 weeks before the start of the rental date, you are due 50% of the rental sum.
• In case of cancellation between 2 weeks and 1 week before the start of the rental date, you are due 75% of the rental sum.
• In case of cancellation within 7 days before the start of the rental date or on the rental date itself, you are due 100% of the rental sum.
